I hijacked Brent's big Adidas duffel bag. Unfortunately, my great little red rolling suitcase that works as carry-on just won't quite fit a big pink yoga mat. So I'll be checking luggage on this trip unless I can convince NWA that my bag falls within the carry-on limit. Not likely...so...

But I'm pretty much packed. With a lot of clothes for a 3-day trip. But I'm assuming I'll need a new set of workout clothes each day, and then something clean to wear in the evening post-training. And a computer so I can watch the DVD and practice my tracks in the evening. And a camera and journal so I can document the weekend.
Excited. And ready to be exhausted.
Chi-town, here I come! Now, off to get 5 hours of sleep before I need to wake up and do my final check before going to the airport. (Note to self: even though the airplanes rumbling overhead can be loud and frustrating, the proximity is a wonderful thing for 7 am flights. So stop complaining!)
